A whale wallet identified as 0xf82 withdrew 1 million PancakeSwap (CAKE) tokens, valued at $2.16 million, from Bybit, plus another 800 BNB worth about $576,000.

Separately, PancakeSwap’s core team has proposed a governance plan called The Flip. It would raise the share of trading fees going to liquidity providers in v3 and Infinity pools to 88% across 11 supported blockchains.

The proposal would also lower daily effective CAKE emissions from 22,500 tokens to 7,000, a reduction of about 69%.
