Net assets show a fund’s value at a point in time, not its cumulative investor inflows. Bitwise XRP ETF listed $541,119,918 in net assets on Oct. 15, with 417,729,396.21 XRP in trust. The snapshot puts the U.S.-listed fund’s value at $541.12 million, less than 11 months after trading began. The fund had 37,410,000 shares outstanding that day. Its XRP balance was about 42.56 million higher than the 375,173,418.75 XRP listed in [a Sept. 17 holdings snapshot](), which valued the holdings at about $525.3 million. The change in the XRP balance alone does not establish why it increased. Shares can be created or redeemed in baskets, while the fund’s net assets also reflect the value of its holdings after operating expenses and other liabilities. Daily valuation can change the dollar value without changing the number of XRP held. Net assets are a point-in-time measure, not cumulative investor inflows. In a separate [Oct. 14 tally of U.S. spot XRP ETF activity](), the funds had $1.509 billion in net assets and $1.803 billion in cumulative net inflows; Bitwise’s cumulative inflows were $688 million. Inflows track net share creations after redemptions, and do not identify buyers or establish that the fund immediately purchased XRP in spot markets. The ETF trades on NYSE Arca under the ticker XRP and began trading Nov. 20, 2025. It values net assets daily using the CME CF XRP–Dollar Reference Rate–New York Variant, and creates or redeems shares in baskets of 10,000.
