> Five October trades involved three directors and an executive. The latest disclosure, filed Oct. 19, covered a sale made four days earlier.

Five reported sales from Oct. 1 to Oct. 15 covered 41,363 Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR) shares and brought in an estimated $8.25 million. All five transactions were made under trading plans established before October.

The sales involved three directors and one executive. Director Alexander D. Moore sold 16,000 shares Oct. 15 for about $3.17 million. He filed the disclosure Oct. 19, four days after the transaction, and held 1,047,095 shares directly after the sale. Moore adopted his plan Dec. 11, 2025.

Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Legal Officer Ryan D. Taylor sold 18,000 shares Oct. 8 at $201.15 each, making his $3,620,700 transaction the largest of the five by value. Taylor adopted his trading plan March 16.

Director Lauren Elaina Friedman Stat sold 1,337 shares at $189.95 on Oct. 1 and another 5,026 at $199 on Oct. 8. Her two sales totaled 6,363 shares under a plan adopted Feb. 11. Director Eric H. Woersching sold 1,000 shares at $205 on Oct. 9 under a plan adopted May 27.

The overall dollar value is approximate because the weighted-average prices for Moore’s sale were rounded. The transaction records give the dates of the sales but do not specify when during those days the trades occurred.

Rule 10b5-1 plans allow corporate insiders to arrange future trades, subject to conditions that include a waiting period for officers and directors. Each October sale carried a designation for a plan adopted earlier in the year or in 2025. Those designations do not establish why the insiders adopted the plans or what they expected for Palantir’s shares.

Moore also sold 16,000 shares in September under the same plan.

Palantir’s second-quarter revenue was $1.935 billion, up 93% from a year earlier. The company projected full-year 2026 revenue of $8.150 billion to $8.158 billion. It plans to release third-quarter results after the U.S. market closes Nov. 2.
