> Meta expects third-quarter revenue of $61 billion to $64 billion. Its earnings call is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. ET (20:30 UTC) Oct. 21.

Binance’s METAUSDT equity perpetual trades around the clock ahead of Meta Platforms’ Oct. 21 earnings release, giving traders exposure to its share price after the underlying market closes.

The contract tracks Meta common stock but is an equity perpetual rather than a tokenized share. It settles in USDT and offers up to 10x leverage. Trading continues 24/7, including when Meta shares are not trading.

Pricing for Binance’s traditional-asset perpetuals can differ from the underlying market when it is closed. That matters for an earnings release scheduled after market close: METAUSDT can keep trading between regular stock-market sessions. An [earlier review of METAUSDT trading indicators](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/investing/30312>) examined the contract’s market signals.

Meta forecasts third-quarter revenue of $61 billion to $64 billion. The range follows a second quarter in which revenue increased 28% from a year earlier to $60.801 billion. Advertising contributed $59.363 billion. The forecast gives investors a benchmark for measuring the new results against Meta’s outlook.

Ad impressions rose 14% in the second quarter, and the average price per ad increased 12%. Both the number of ads delivered and the average amount charged for each ad contributed to advertising growth.

Costs and expenses climbed 55% to $42.026 billion in the same period. The total included $2.4 billion in charges tied to legal proceedings and $1.18 billion in severance expenses. Operating margin fell to 31% from 43% a year earlier.

Meta expects full-year 2026 expenses of $165 billion to $169 billion and capital expenditures of $130 billion to $145 billion. Those forecasts place its spending plans alongside the advertising growth shown in its second-quarter results.

Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg said when those results were released, “AI is accelerating our core business today, powering our next generation of products, and opening the door to entirely new enterprise opportunities.”

Meta plans to release third-quarter results after market close Oct. 21. Its earnings call is set for 4:30 p.m. ET (20:30 UTC).
