# YieldMax's MSST ETF Declares $0.1345 Weekly Distribution

MSST, the MSTR Performance & Distribution Target 25 ETF offered by YieldMax, declared a weekly distribution of $0.1345 per share on Oct. 19, below the prior week's $0.1501.

The fund set Oct. 20 as both its ex-dividend and record date. The smaller payout follows a $0.1501-per-share distribution declared the previous week.

An estimated 99.45% of the latest payment is return of capital, with the remaining 0.55% classified as income. Those estimates may change for tax reporting.

MSST uses options to gain exposure to Strategy Inc. (MSTR) and does not hold its shares directly. The fund has a 25% annual distribution target, but that target is neither guaranteed nor a measure of total return.

Its 30-day SEC yield was 0.41% for the period ended Sept. 30. That measure excludes option income, which is part of the fund's strategy.

Payment is scheduled for Oct. 21.
