UMB Private Wealth Management, LLC held 6,200 shares of Franklin XRP ETF (XRPZ) valued at $100,316 on Sept. 30, accounting for 0.097% of its reported securities value.

The position appears in UMB’s third-quarter 2026 Form 13F, which covers $103,316,748 in securities value at quarter-end. The SEC accepted the filing Oct. 19 at 1:42 p.m. ET (17:42 UTC). The acceptance date does not indicate when UMB acquired the shares.

UMB also listed Franklin Bitcoin ETF shares valued at $20,813 and Franklin Ethereum ETF shares valued at $22,260. Its XRPZ position was larger than either of those holdings.

XRPZ has traded on NYSE Arca since Nov. 24, 2025. The fund is a grantor trust that holds XRP and seeks to track the CME CF XRP-Dollar Reference Rate, New York Variant, before fees and expenses. UMB’s disclosed position is in ETF shares; the filing does not state that the firm holds XRP directly.

Form 13F covers securities over which an investment manager has discretion, including positions in accounts it manages. UMB’s filing does not identify which account held the XRPZ shares or establish that the firm invested its own money. It also does not show whether the position changed after Sept. 30.
