> Pump.fun lists charges of up to 0.10% per order and 0.25% per in-app bridge transfer. Hyperliquid sets margin and liquidation rules, while Pump.fun may impose lower leverage limits.

Pump.fun’s perpetual futures interface adds order and transfer costs to trades handled by Hyperliquid, while Pump.fun can cap leverage below Hyperliquid’s published limits for people accessing the feature through its app.

Orders signed through Pump.fun go to Hyperliquid, which executes trades and manages collateral, open positions and liquidations. The position remains on Hyperliquid if a user stops accessing it through Pump.fun. Users can also access their Hyperliquid accounts through other interfaces.

Orders placed through Pump.fun’s Perps feature carry a builder charge of up to 0.10% of an order’s notional value, or the total value of the trade. The charge applies to orders that open, increase or close a position. Moving assets through Pump.fun’s in-app bridge can add as much as 0.25% per transfer, and the bridge operator may charge separately. Hyperliquid’s trading fees and funding payments are additional costs.

Hyperliquid’s published margin tiers allow up to 40x leverage on Bitcoin (BTC) positions up to $150 million in USDC notional value and up to 25x on Ether (ETH) positions up to $100 million in USDC notional value. Larger positions have lower limits. Pump.fun may impose lower leverage limits through its interface.

At 40x leverage, initial margin is 2.5% of a position’s value. That is the amount required to open the position, not a fixed market move that triggers liquidation. On that tier, liquidation begins when account equity drops below the 1.25% maintenance margin. Mark price and funding payments affect the liquidation calculation; for cross-margin positions, other positions can also matter. Isolated positions use their own margin.

Perpetual futures have no scheduled expiration. Funding payments occur hourly and can flow between long and short positions in either direction, helping keep a contract’s price near the underlying asset’s price.

Pump.fun’s terms restrict access for people located in or resident in the United States and its territories, as well as entities organized or registered there. People in Ontario are also excluded.
