> The company-calculated, non-GAAP adjusted net asset value was $7.29 per diluted share, compared with a $5.71 share price observed two minutes earlier on Oct. 21.

BNB Standard Corporation shares traded at 0.78 times the company's adjusted net asset value on Oct. 21, two days after it appointed a CEO and announced plans to operate a BNB Chain validator.

Nasdaq-listed BNC shares were $5.71 at 3:36 p.m. ET (19:36 UTC). At 3:38 p.m. ET (19:38 UTC), the company's adjusted net asset value was $7.29 per diluted share. The figures are snapshots taken two minutes apart.

Adjusted net asset value is a company-defined, non-GAAP measure. Its calculation starts with July 31 holdings and balance sheet figures, updates market prices, adds back a warrant liability and uses a diluted share count that incorporates later disclosures. BNB Standard held 515,544 BNB as of July 31.

BNB Standard named Alex Odagiu CEO on Oct. 19 after he had served as interim president since June. A proposed equity grant would equal 2.5% of common shares outstanding immediately before the grant. Shareholders must approve the 2026 Equity Incentive Plan before the compensation committee can make the grant.

Performance conditions apply to 60% of the award, including net BNB per share, the share price expressed in BNB and an income coverage ratio. “My priorities are to grow BNB per share and build an operating business on BNB Chain, starting with our planned validator,” Odagiu said.

BNB Standard plans to select a specialist provider for the validator's technical operations while retaining oversight. Its treasury BNB would remain with qualified custodians during staking. The company plans to publish validator information on its treasury dashboard once the node is live.
