Middlefield scheduled three distributions of $0.04583 per trust unit for Middlefield U.S. Equity Dividend ETF, a Toronto Stock Exchange-listed fund, with the final payment due Jan. 15, 2027.

The first payment is set for Nov. 13 for holders of record Oct. 31. The second is scheduled for Dec. 15 for holders of record Nov. 30, followed by a Jan. 15, 2027, payment for holders of record Dec. 31. Middlefield announced the schedule Oct. 23.

The fund trades under ticker MUSA and invests in dividend-paying securities of U.S.-based companies. Its previous distribution, paid Oct. 15, was also $0.04583 per unit.
