Bitcoin (BTC) long liquidations reached $24.72 million in the hour through 7:55 a.m. ET on Oct. 24, as the token's price fell 0.86% and total liquidations across three exchanges reached $24.93 million.

TokenPost compiled the tally by collecting and combining public liquidation data from Binance, Bybit and OKX. The $24.93 million figure covers those three exchanges only and is not a marketwide total.

Both the liquidation figures and price comparison refer to the one-hour window ending at the 7:55 a.m. ET cutoff on Oct. 24. The report covers Bitcoin only, with long liquidations making up nearly all of the measured amount and shorts accounting for $200,000. The reported total combines both position types across the three exchanges, with the larger amount coming from longs.
