Binance accounted for about 2.206 billion XRP in outflows, followed by OKX at 501.51 million, Bybit at 479.94 million, Upbit at 392.90 million and Bitget at 243.39 million. The figures count transfers out of exchange wallets; they do not establish whether holders sold XRP, moved it into self-custody or transferred it to another custodian. Internal wallet movements can also register as outflows. The total therefore does not establish how much XRP exchanges held after deposits and withdrawals.
