> Separate premarket quotes showed declines of 3.03% to 3.62% from Friday's closes. Elon Musk had warned about debt financing for companies reliant on AI data centers.

CoreWeave Inc. (CRWV), Nebius Group N.V. (NBIS) and IREN Limited (IREN) each fell more than 3% in Monday's U.S. premarket, while their disclosures showed different revenue and financing profiles.

At 5:14 a.m. ET (09:14 UTC), CoreWeave's premarket quote was $52.53, 3.14% below its $54.24 close Friday. Nebius was quoted at $153.00 at 5:05 a.m. ET (09:05 UTC), down 3.62% from $158.74. IREN stood at $24.15 at 4:56 a.m. ET (08:56 UTC), a 3.03% decline from $24.91. Each change compares a separate premarket observation with that stock's Friday close.

SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk wrote at 3:11 p.m. ET Sunday (19:11 UTC) that debt markets had nearly stopped funding companies without substantial revenue beyond AI data centers. He predicted “guppy-level death and consolidation” among specialized AI cloud providers.

Musk's [AI debt warning](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/40662>) preceded Monday's premarket declines. Musk did not identify CoreWeave, Nebius or IREN as companies that had lost access to credit. The timing of his post does not establish that it caused Monday's share declines.

Nebius announced a $3.5 billion senior secured facility from Citi on Oct. 22 to support data center development, GPU purchases and general purposes. The facility has a 364-day maturity. Nebius Chief Operating Officer Ophir Nave said, “This facility provides additional financing to support our near-term capacity build-out.”

CoreWeave had approximately $104 billion in revenue backlog as of June 30, 2026, contingent on service delivery and availability. Its net interest expense was $640 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

For its fiscal year ended June 30, 2026, IREN generated $578.2 million in Bitcoin (BTC) mining revenue and $128.8 million in AI cloud revenue. In August, the company disclosed $2.8 billion in new GPU financing, including a $2.4 billion facility with a fixed 9% rate.

IREN's mining business provides revenue outside AI cloud services, the distinction at the center of Musk's warning. The companies' disclosed financing arrangements and revenue figures differ, but the premarket declines do not show that any of them has been cut off from credit.
