TTM Technologies shares rose Monday, Oct. 26, following the company’s third-quarter results, after tumbling on earnings day, though they remained below the Oct. 21 closing level. TTM released its quarterly results on Oct. 22. Shares fell sharply that day, gained in the next session and advanced again Monday. Third-quarter net sales totaled $1.204 billion, up from $752.7 million a year earlier. Non-GAAP net income was $157.8 million, or $1.46 per diluted share, up from 67 cents per share. TTM described sales and non-GAAP earnings as quarterly records. GAAP net income was $84.8 million. Data Center and Networking accounted for 41% of sales, with revenue in the category up 115% year over year. Medical, Industrial and Instrumentation sales grew 97%, while Aerospace and Defense sales rose 21%. TTM President and CEO Edwin Roks said, “All key markets contributed to our 60% year on year growth.” TTM linked continued AI demand to the Data Center and Networking market. Adjusted EBITDA reached $242.3 million, compared with $120.9 million a year earlier, and rose to 20.1% of sales from 16.1%. The total book-to-bill ratio was 2.13. TTM makes printed circuit boards, substrates, radio-frequency components and mission systems. The company forecast fourth-quarter 2026 net sales of $1.42 billion to $1.44 billion and non-GAAP net income of $1.77 to $1.83 per diluted share. Its preliminary 2027 outlook calls for sales of $6.5 billion to $6.75 billion and non-GAAP net income of $8.10 to $8.90 per diluted share.
