> Binance scheduled four perpetuals linked to three companies and an exchange-traded fund for Oct. 26. Each had maximum leverage of 20x and a 5 USDT minimum notional value.

Binance's 2026 futures additions reached 227, eight below the 235 added in 2025, leaving the exchange eight short of last year's full-year count so far.

About 70% of this year's additions track stocks, exchange-traded funds, commodities or foreign exchange.

Binance scheduled four equity- and ETF-linked perpetual contracts for Oct. 26. The schedule covered EIDOUSDT, EQTUSDT, STMUSDT and ABBVUSDT, tied to the iShares MSCI Indonesia ETF and common stocks of EQT Corporation, STMicroelectronics N.V. and AbbVie Inc. The contracts were set to start at 5 a.m., 5:05 a.m., 5:10 a.m. and 5:15 a.m. ET (09:00, 09:05, 09:10 and 09:15 UTC), respectively.

Each contract is priced in Tether (USDT), with maximum leverage of 20x and a 5 USDT minimum notional value. Binance listed them for trading 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A perpetual contract has no fixed expiration date. The four products provide price exposure to the underlying shares or ETF without giving traders direct ownership of them.

The contracts can trade outside the underlying securities' regular market hours. When those markets are closed, Binance's price-index method uses the last available underlying value. Its method for [equity-perpetual pricing outside regular market hours](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/investing/37178>) lets the contracts keep a price reference while trading continues.

Binance announced its TradFi perpetual product in January. Its gold and silver contracts became available Jan. 5 and Jan. 7, respectively. The October contracts followed those initial metals-linked products with references to three companies and an exchange-traded fund.
