The most prominent nearby ask was 107.15 BTC at $83,000, worth about $8.89 million. That price was about 1.92% above the snapshot midpoint of $81,434.

An earlier Coinbase order book snapshot showed 106.39 BTC offered at $83,000, valued at about $8.83 million. In that reading, sell orders exceeded bids by $7.01 million, or 11.85% of combined depth.

A separate Oct. 27 snapshot featured a 104.93 BTC ask at $82,000, worth about $8.6 million. The Oct. 28 figures are a new observation; the snapshots do not establish that displayed orders remained in place over time. These are posted orders, not completed trades.
