Bitcoin (BTC) traded at $80,008 on Binance spot at 10:26 p.m. ET Wednesday, Oct. 28 (02:26 UTC Thursday, Oct. 29), moving $8 above $80,000.

Fifteen minutes earlier, at 10:11 p.m. ET (02:11 UTC), the Binance spot quote was $79,988. That reading sat $12 below $80,000, while the later quote was $8 above the threshold. The two observations were $20 apart.

The paired readings show Bitcoin moving from below $80,000 to above it over a 15-minute span on the same exchange and spot market. Both figures are Binance spot prices, making the earlier and later points directly comparable as short-interval observations.

Bitcoin is the largest crypto asset by market capitalization. The later observation put its price at $80,008, the figure recorded for Binance spot at 02:26 UTC Thursday, Oct. 29.
