Binance Coin (BNB) gained 2.05% to $699 in the hour ending at 9:28 p.m. ET Thursday, Oct. 29 (01:28 UTC Friday), a move for the fourth-largest crypto asset by market value.

The price stood at $685 one hour earlier, a $14 increase over the period. TokenPost collected the $699 reading directly from Binance's BNB/USDT spot market and calculated the hourly change from the two prices.

Liquidation totals across Binance, Bybit and OKX showed $130,000 in long positions and $50,000 in short positions liquidated during the same hour. The two amounts add to $180,000, with long-position liquidations exceeding short-position liquidations by $80,000.

BNB's market capitalization was about $91.707 billion. The reported price is a spot reading; the liquidation totals combine figures for the same one-hour window across the three exchanges.
