> The quote implies about $1.69 trillion using a provisional share-count estimate; Anthropic has not set its IPO share count or price range.

Binance’s Anthropic pre-IPO perpetual fell 8.40% over 24 hours to $1,686.57 at 7:14 a.m. ET (11:14 UTC) Oct. 30, four days after Anthropic filed public IPO papers. The timing alone does not establish that the filing caused the decline.

Applying Binance’s estimated one billion shares to the contract quote implies a value of about $1.69 trillion. That is roughly 75% above Anthropic’s $965 billion post-money valuation for its May Series H round, but the two figures are not equivalent. The share-count estimate is provisional and may change.

The filing names ANT as the ticker for a planned Class A share listing on Nasdaq’s Global Select Market. The company has not set the number of shares or the price range, and the registration statement is not yet effective.

The contract settles in Tether (USDT) and does not give holders ownership of Anthropic shares. Its quote is not a public share price or an official company valuation.
