The previous quote was $0.1661, placing the $0.1718 reading $0.0057 higher per XLM. That one-hour comparison was measured against the price at 10:58 a.m. ET (14:58 UTC), 60 minutes before the Binance snapshot. Over the 24 hours ending at 11:58 a.m. ET, XLM was down 0.69%, so the shorter interval showed a rise while the full-day measure showed a decline. The two percentages reflect different comparison windows: one hour and 24 hours.
