# [DEX report] Daily volume falls to $12.3 billion as VRQQ leads gains

> Daily DEX volume fell 25.1% to $12.3 billion but remained 57.89% above a week earlier. VRQQ led gains, while Giga Tenev topped the trending rankings.

Daily decentralized exchange (DEX) trading volume fell 25.1% to $12.3 billion. VRQQ led the gainers with a 13,635% surge, while trending leader Giga Tenev rose and RobinSeed and Cash Cat declined.

The leading trending pairs were Giga Tenev (GIGATENEV/WETH), RobinSeed (SEED/WETH) and Cash Cat (CASHCAT/WETH).

According to GeckoTerminal data for October 31, Giga Tenev (GIGATENEV/WETH) ranked first among trending pairs, trading at $0.001365, up 26.47% over 24 hours.

RobinSeed (SEED/WETH) ranked second, falling 29.81% to $0.00001111. Cash Cat (CASHCAT/WETH) placed third, down 1.91% at $0.09121.

The biggest gainer was VRQQ (VRQQ/USDT) on BNB Chain, up 13,635% over 24 hours. Funds are SAFU (SAFU/USDT), also on BNB Chain, followed with a 4,603% gain, while Papertrade (Paper/USDC) on Base rose 922%.

The steepest decline was in LYX Ecosystem (LYX/USDT) on BNB Chain, down 99.93%. Halloween game (Pumpkin/USDT) fell 46.17%, followed by AKE (AKE/WBNB), down 39.63%, both on BNB Chain.

By trading volume, Tether USD (USDT/USDS) led with $253.2 million, equivalent to 4.6 times liquidity. USD Coin (USDC/USDT) followed with $224.7 million and turnover of 34.1 times liquidity, then Lydia (BSW/USAD) with $186.4 million and turnover of 33 times liquidity.

By transaction count, Tether USD (USDT/WBNB) ranked first with 251,028 transactions and a 33% buy share. Moonbirds (BIRB/USDC) followed with 175,477 transactions and a 50% buy share, then MEET48 Token (IDOL/WBNB) with 150,644 transactions and a 48% buy share.

By wallet activity, Longinus (LGNS/DAI) led with 22,266 buying wallets and 23,181 selling wallets. Tether USD (USDT/WBNB) followed with 19,230 buying wallets and 19,885 selling wallets, then Wrapped SOL (SOL/USDC) with 16,429 buying wallets and 12,715 selling wallets.

Total DEX trading volume over the latest 24 hours was approximately $12.3 billion, down 25.1% from the previous day but up 57.89% from a week earlier.
