STX led the Korean crypto interest index at 86.3, with its domestic trading share 51.5 times its global share. BTC had a smaller share domestically than globally, while WLD remained more heavily traded in Korea despite its weekly decline.

STX showed the strongest domestic concentration among the assets surveyed. ENA and WLD followed it in the interest rankings, while ONDO also had a substantially larger domestic trading share than global share.

In the November 1 snapshot, STX ranked first with 86.3 points and accounted for 2.20% of domestic trading.

ENA ranked second at 81.8 points and WLD third at 80.7. Their domestic trading shares were 2.54% and 2.45%, respectively. Domestic trading turnover was 13.07 billion won for STX, 15.08 billion won for ENA and 14.53 billion won for WLD.

BTC's domestic trading share was 23.26%, below its global share of 37.85%. ETH showed the reverse pattern, with a domestic share of 7.20% against 3.42% globally.

MORPHO recorded the strongest increase in trading relative to its usual level, alongside a weekly price gain of 10.04%. TRX and AAVE also recorded increased trading activity. WLD, FIL and APT showed weaker activity.

PEPE had the highest kimchi premium—the premium in Korean prices over overseas prices—at 0.67%, followed by ATOM at 0.36% and AAVE at 0.20%. ALGO traded at a 0.61% discount, while ARB and MORPHO had discounts of 0.51% and 0.50%, respectively.

[Editor's note] Korea crypto watch tracks domestic market activity through an interest index covering assets traded on both domestic and overseas exchanges. The index combines domestic trading share, global trading share, the kimchi premium and recent trading surges. Its focus is actual trading turnover. Domestic share measures an asset's portion of domestic exchange trading, while global share measures its portion of overseas trading. Comparing the two shows how strongly trading is concentrated in Korea.
