> XLM was down 1.12% over 24 hours on Nov. 2. A separate technical snapshot placed it below three moving averages.

On Nov. 2, Stellar Lumens (XLM) was quoted at about $0.17 on Binance spot, down 1.12% over 24 hours, while a separate one-hour Binance futures reading showed more selling than buying.

For the hour ending at 3 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC), Binance futures taker sell volume was about 2.81 million contracts, compared with 1.89 million in buy volume. The buy-to-sell ratio was 0.6725. The comparison covers that one-hour period.

A separate Binance futures open-interest measure had a notional value of about $30.1 million, up 3.05% over 24 hours. That increase does not establish that traders opened new short positions; hedging or spread trades can also affect open interest.

A Nov. 2 technical snapshot placed XLM below its 50-day simple moving average at $0.19, its 200-day simple moving average at $0.18 and its 26-day exponential moving average at $0.18.

Account-positioning figures showed more long than short accounts. Long accounts made up 59.3% of Binance futures accounts, compared with 40.7% short; among top traders, the split was 64.1% long and 35.9% short. Those shares describe account positioning, not taker trading volume.
