> Morgan Stanley and TD Cowen set the highest estimates. All four firms kept their Buy or Overweight ratings.

Four firms raised their price targets for Microsoft common shares between Oct. 26 and Oct. 29, with Morgan Stanley and TD Cowen setting the highest estimates at $650 while retaining their existing ratings.

Morgan Stanley lifted its target to $650 from $600 and kept its Overweight rating. TD Cowen raised its target to $650 from $625 and maintained Buy. Barclays moved its target to $610 from $600 and kept Overweight, while Truist raised its target to $600 from $575 and reiterated Buy.

The changes were target increases, not rating upgrades. Each firm retained either a Buy or Overweight rating, and the estimates apply to Microsoft’s Nasdaq-listed common shares rather than company guidance.

The revisions came from Oct. 26 to Oct. 29, spanning Microsoft’s Oct. 28 release of fiscal 2027 first-quarter results. For the quarter ended Sept. 30, Microsoft reported revenue of $92.3 billion, up 19% from a year earlier. Microsoft Cloud revenue rose 30% to $63.9 billion, while Azure revenue grew 48%.

Microsoft-linked crypto trading involves a separate instrument. Binance’s MSFTUSDT perpetual contract tracks the price of Microsoft common stock, settles in Tether (USDT) and trades around the clock. The analysts’ targets refer to the shares, not the contract.
