> McDonald's, CVS Health, Kraft Heinz, Qualcomm and Arm Holdings are on Wednesday's earnings slate. CrowdStrike gained 1.2% after introducing an AI-agent control tool.

Berkshire Hathaway's Class A and Class B shares reached fresh highs Tuesday, while six companies were scheduled to report earnings Wednesday and CrowdStrike introduced a tool for controlling AI agents.

Class A shares closed at $836,445.13, and Class B shares finished at $577.07. Both classes were up almost 11% over the past month.

McDonald's shares were little changed over three months and stood 23% below their March high. CVS Health fell 13% over the same period and was 17% below its July high. Kraft Heinz declined 7% over three months and 13% from its July high.

Uber shares lost 7% over three months and were 33% below a high reached a year ago. Qualcomm gained 8.5% over three months but remained 37% below its May high. Arm Holdings fell 15% over three months and was 55% below its June high.

CrowdStrike shares rose 1.2% Tuesday as CEO George Kurtz introduced an AI-agent control tool at a conference in Barcelona. The tool can detect when an agent is created, show which tools it uses and stop it. “I think the kill switch will be mandatory for companies,” Kurtz said.

Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi was scheduled to appear on Squawk Box during the 7 a.m. ET hour Wednesday.
