> Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang lost $15.1 billion and fell to No. 13 in the global wealth ranking as Nvidia shares slid 9.3%.

Broad losses in AI-infrastructure stocks on Thursday cut $185 billion from the fortunes of the 500 wealthiest people, marking one of the largest single-day declines in the ranking’s history and highlighting the scale of the equity pullback watched by crypto traders.

Nvidia fell 9.3%, its largest one-day decline since January 2025. SpaceX dropped 9%, and Oracle fell 6.9%. All three companies are closely tied to AI infrastructure.

Jensen Huang, Nvidia’s CEO, lost $15.1 billion, leaving him with a net worth of $150.9 billion. His position in the global wealth ranking fell from ninth to 13th, moving him out of the top 10.

Elon Musk’s fortune declined by $79.7 billion, while Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison lost $10.1 billion. The combined $185 billion decrease among the 500 ranked billionaires was the ranking’s 14th-largest daily loss since its launch in 2012.

Thursday’s tech selloff centered on companies linked to AI infrastructure, while the billionaire losses show how sharply the market move affected the wealth of their leading executives and founders.
