NEAR Protocol (NEAR) traded at $3.62 at 6:11 p.m. ET (23:11 UTC) on Nov. 8, up 3.02% over the previous hour. The pair was at $3.51 one hour earlier, the comparison point for the reported hourly change.

The 24-hour figure was measured against NEAR's price a full day before the 6:11 p.m. ET observation. It shows the token's broader reported window remained negative even with the positive one-hour result. The two percentage changes use different comparison points, but both refer to the $3.62 Binance spot price at the end of their windows.
