DWF Labs Managing Partner Andrei Grachev said that if Trump’s party wins the midterms and every U.S. adult receives a hypothetical $5,000 payment, people would put some of the money into crypto and a bull market similar to 2021 could follow.

Grachev said the payments would equal 150% of the “helicopter money” distributed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
