ManpowerGroup will place President and Chief Strategy Officer Becky Frankiewicz in its chief executive seat on Jan. 1, 2027, as CEO Jonas Prising shifts to executive chair.

Frankiewicz currently holds the president and chief strategy officer posts. Prising has led the company as CEO since 2014, and the handoff is scheduled for Jan. 1.

ManpowerGroup shares fell 3.7% in premarket trading Oct. 15.
