> Amulya Vishwanath says her industry network helps founders connect with workers as larger technology companies compete for talent.

Techable Ventures founder and managing partner Amulya Vishwanath said recruiting talent is crucial for physical AI startups as they compete for workers with larger companies, including Anthropic and Nvidia.

“Talent is also going to be very critical,” Vishwanath said. She described the U.S. talent pool as a strength and said her industry network helps Techable Ventures connect founders with prospective workers.

Vishwanath spent nearly seven years at Nvidia before founding Techable Ventures. The firm invests in early-stage physical AI companies, including businesses working in robotics, materials science and life sciences.

Her comments on hiring add to [her earlier assessment of robotics](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/people/33703>). Vishwanath has described the field as being in a “LEGO era,” with robotic hands, actuators and foundational software still under development.

Those components form part of the work behind more advanced robots. Vishwanath’s focus on hiring highlights the need for startups to find people who can build them while competing with larger technology companies for talent.
