> The crypto-focused political action committee plans an initial $6 million in campaign spending split between three Republican and three Democratic candidates.

Fairshake, a crypto-focused political action committee, endorsed 32 incumbent House candidates for the 2026 midterm elections, all of whom voted to advance the CLARITY Act in 2025.

The slate includes 19 Republicans and 13 Democrats. Fairshake plans to begin with $6 million in campaign spending, allocating $1 million each to three Republican candidates and three Democratic candidates.

The CLARITY Act, which would establish a market structure for digital assets, did not pass a key Senate vote, leaving its prospects uncertain.

Fairshake expects to spend more than $100 million this year on advertising in support of House and Senate candidates. At least $30 million is planned for the Ohio Senate race, where Republican Jon Husted is facing Democrat Sherrod Brown.
