The United Kingdom has frozen a London mansion and luxury watches linked to Li Tian, the finance chief of Cambodia-based Prince Group, in a cross-border fraud and money-laundering case.

The property, valued at 170 million yuan, was frozen along with the watches as British authorities expanded asset tracing tied to the network. Earlier freezes targeted London properties connected to Prince Group founder Chen Zhi and Hu Xiaowei.

The U.S. Treasury identified Li Tian as a close associate of Chen in its October 2025 sanctions action against Prince Group and related individuals.

Treasury said Li served as the group’s de facto finance chief for illicit operations, managing illegal fund flows and helping move large amounts of cash across borders.
