> Wells Fargo, Cisco Systems, Marvell Technology, Arm Holdings, Moderna and Intuit joined the list in an Oct. 23 update.

OKXICE TSV's list of companies objecting to the planned trading of tokenized versions of their shares rose to 22 on Friday, Oct. 23, after six companies were added.

Wells Fargo, Cisco Systems, Marvell Technology, Arm Holdings, Moderna and Intuit were the latest additions. The total had reached 16 on Oct. 19, up from nine on Oct. 15, in a [previous increase to 16 objectors](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/regulation/36719>). The update did not explain why the companies objected or whether the affected stocks could trade on the platform.

OKXICE TSV is a joint venture owned in equal shares by Intercontinental Exchange and OKX's U.S. holding company. It plans to let approved users trade tokenized U.S. stocks around the clock. Trades would use liquidity pools on Uniswap v4 on OKX's XLayer blockchain and settle in stablecoins such as USDC.

The venture's disclosed controls provide for pausing trades when the underlying stock is halted. The platform has no other circuit breakers, and its policies do not address blockchain transaction ordering. Smart contracts can be upgraded without advance notice to users, while the contract governing trading eligibility has undergone only an internal audit.
