> Robinhood announced its Dubai base on Oct. 22 but has not set a specific launch date for its Middle East retail platform.

Robinhood MENA Limited’s Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) license is dated July 20, 2026, months before Robinhood announced its regional base and planned 2027 launch.

Robinhood announced Oct. 22 that the Dubai International Financial Centre would serve as its regional base. The company has not set a specific launch date for its retail investing platform in the Middle East.

The license covers retail clients. Robinhood MENA Limited is authorized to provide “Arranging Custody” and “Arranging Deals in Investments” services.

Robinhood says its authorization allows trading and custody across 10 DFSA-approved asset classes, including equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds and investment tokens. Robinhood MENA President Salah Kaddoura said, “The demand for modern, accessible financial tools across this region is immense.”

The company describes its UAE expansion and planned [2027 launch](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/regulation/38114>) as subject to regulatory developments and market demand.
