> The latest notice is dated Oct. 26; an Oct. 23 version listed 22 issuers. The SEC exemption gives issuers 30 calendar days to object.

OKXICE revised its public notice on tokenized securities Oct. 26, three days after an earlier version listed 22 issuers that objected to trading tied to their shares under a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission exemption.

The notice identifies OKXICE LLC as a 50-50 venture between Intercontinental Exchange Holdings Inc. and OKC USA Holding Inc. It does not state when each issuer received notice or filed an objection.

The SEC’s Sept. 17 order gives each issuer 30 calendar days after receiving notice to object to an unaffiliated third party’s tokenized stock trading on the venue. An objection made within that period prevents the security from trading there under the exemption.

SEC Chair Paul Atkins said, “Issuers must have the opportunity to object and prevent their security from trading on a TSV.”

The SEC lists OKXICE among entities that submitted a notice of intent to operate. Inclusion on that list does not establish that the venue meets the exemption’s conditions. TokenPost covered the 22-issuer list on [Oct. 24](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/regulation/39877>).
