> Seven companies are among the objectors. The SEC exemption gives issuers 30 calendar days from receiving notice to file a written objection.

Seven companies, including Adobe, AMD, Coca-Cola, Dell, JPMorgan, Applied Materials and Sandisk, oppose OKXICE's planned trading of tokens tied to their shares. The total number of objecting companies is 33.

Under the SEC exemption's process, each issuer has 30 calendar days from receiving notice to submit a written objection. A timely objection prevents that issuer's token from trading on OKXICE. Without a timely objection, OKXICE may offer the token after the 30-day window only if it also meets the exemption's other conditions.

The process applies venue by venue. An objection to OKXICE does not bar another venue from offering a token tied to the same shares. Each issuer's 30-day period begins when it receives notice.
