> The group endorsed 45 candidates; 12 lost and six races were unresolved at the time of the Nov. 5 count.

Candidates endorsed by Stand With Crypto had won 27 of 45 races in the Nov. 3 midterms by 11:40 a.m. ET Nov. 5, giving a measure of the crypto advocacy group’s reach.

GSR Vice President of Research Carlos Guzman said the CLARITY Act has become harder to pass, though passage remains possible. He said Democrats may seek stronger consumer protections and provisions addressing conflicts of interest.
