> Santa Cruz rates are approved to take effect Dec. 1, 2026, with an anticipated $1.9 million increase in net annual revenue.

Global Water Resources plans four rate reviews in the first half of 2027, while approved Santa Cruz rates are expected to increase net annual revenue by $1.9 million. The Santa Cruz rates are scheduled to take effect Dec. 1, 2026.

The company expects rates from the four planned reviews to take effect in 2028. It has not estimated how much revenue those cases could generate.

Management expects rate recovery to help cover higher depreciation, operating costs tied to new facilities and interest expense following capital spending after 2025. Regulatory timing delays that recovery.

Global Water added $20 million in liquidity through a private placement and an increased credit line.
