# Anthropic Plans Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Haiku 5.5 Launches

Anthropic plans to launch Claude Sonnet 5.5 and Claude Haiku 5.5 in the coming weeks, adding two models to its Claude artificial intelligence family.

The planned releases follow the introduction of Claude Opus 5.5 on Sept. 22. Opus 5.5 is priced at $4 per million input tokens and $20 per million output tokens.

The model costs 40% less to run than Claude Opus 5.
