Cosmos Hub resumed block production after a 24-hour, 48-minute halt, followed by the movement of 1.23 million ATOM from a wallet linked to the Neutron governance incident.

The halt was linked to the purchase of voting power for 20,199 USDC in connection with the Neutron governance incident. That voting power was staked 12 minutes before an expedited Neutron proposal closed.

The transfer occurred after Cosmos Hub restarted. The episode linked the Neutron governance incident to a temporary interruption of block production on the Hub.

The restart restored the Hub’s ability to produce blocks after more than a day offline, while the ATOM movement involved funds associated with the Neutron governance incident.
