Polygon Foundation CEO Sandeep Nailwal said Sept. 24 that 100 million Polygon (POL) tokens had been permanently burned, an amount equal to about 1% of the token’s total supply.

The 100 million tokens represent approximately one out of every 100 POL in total supply.
