> Ether, USDT and other withdrawals will resume on later dates as Bitget completes additional security checks.

Bitget will restart withdrawals in stages, beginning with Bitcoin network withdrawals at 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC) Sept. 28, after repairs and additional security checks tied to a Sept. 24 security incident.

Ether withdrawals on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Arbitrum, Base and Optimism are scheduled to resume at the same time Sept. 29. USDT withdrawals on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Solana and Tron will follow at 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC) Sept. 30.

Withdrawals for other tokens, fiat currencies and peer-to-peer transactions are planned to return Oct. 2 at 4 a.m. ET (08:00 UTC). Trading and deposits remain available throughout the staged restoration, and users do not need to take action in advance.

Bitget identified and fixed the vulnerability involved in the incident and is conducting further checks on its withdrawal infrastructure. Mandiant and SlowMist are continuing to assist with the investigation. The temporary suspension was a security measure, and account balances were not affected. Bitget’s protection fund will cover the financial impact across the platform.
