Bitget has launched a recovery bounty program offering separate 5% rewards for efforts that help freeze or recover funds linked to a security incident.

The program covers voluntary actions that directly result in affected funds being frozen or recovered. Bitget is calling on exchanges, security researchers and onchain investigators to participate.

Approximately $318,000 in Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC) tied to the incident has been frozen. Bitget is offering a 5% reward for help freezing funds and a separate 5% reward for help recovering funds.
