# DYORSWAP Says Fake GIWA Network Moved About 766 ETH, Repaid Over 200 ETH

DYORSWAP said a fraudulent network impersonating GIWA Chain 9134 transferred about 766.25 Ether (ETH) from a cross-chain bridge, while the team has reimbursed affected users with more than 200 ETH.

The network was deployed Sept. 26 at 2:10:59 p.m. ET (18:10:59 UTC). About 8.5 hours earlier, the deployment address received roughly 0.045 ETH from an address linked to ChangeHero.

A total of 1,335 addresses bridged about 767.65 ETH into the network. DYORSWAP said the incident was caused by the fraudulent network and not by a vulnerability in its contracts.

The team said it used its own funds for the reimbursements and is tracking the bridge deployer, the source of the funds, early test wallets and the subsequent movement of the transferred ETH.
