Alpen, a Bitcoin infrastructure provider, has partnered with Circle to make USD Coin (USDC) and the Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol (CCTP) available when its mainnet launches.

The partnership will bring Circle-issued USDC to Alpen’s upcoming network. CCTP, Circle’s cross-chain transfer protocol, will also be available on the mainnet.

The partnership announcement did not include a mainnet launch date. No further details about the partnership were provided.
