Anthropic is examining service disruptions reported across Claude.ai, Claude Code and Claude Cowork on Sept. 29.

The incident was logged at 10:21 a.m. ET (14:21 UTC). Users may encounter failed requests, errors when loading or sending conversations, or prompts to sign in again.

The disruption affects Claude.ai on both desktop and mobile, along with Claude Code and Claude Cowork. Retrying a request may allow it to go through.

Anthropic has not provided an estimated recovery time and is continuing to investigate the issue.
