> The integration supports TRC-20 USDT deposits, wallets, cross-chain transfers and payouts through bank accounts, cards, cash pickup locations and wallets.

Polygon’s Open Money Stack now supports TRON, giving businesses a way to build Tether USDT payment flows across wallets, fiat payment rails and multiple blockchains.

The integration, available Oct. 8, supports TRC-20 USDT deposits by bank transfer, card, cash or cryptocurrency. Businesses can convert between fiat and USDT, use custodial or embedded wallets, route assets across chains and send payouts to bank accounts, cards, cash pickup locations or wallets.

Customers can receive persistent TRON deposit addresses for recurring payments. Incoming funds are linked to the correct customer, with balances available for later transfers or payouts.

Polygon Trails handles cross-chain routing for supported assets, including USDT, in one transaction across TRON and EVM-compatible networks. One supported flow converts USDT on TRON into USDC on Ethereum, allowing the customer-facing payment process to avoid exposing the underlying cross-chain transfer.

The platform targets fintech companies, remittance providers, exchanges and gig-economy platforms whose customers already use TRON. Potential markets include the Philippines, Mexico, Argentina and Nigeria, where the infrastructure can support remittance and fintech applications.

Businesses can use existing wallet, compliance and ledger providers without adopting the full Open Money Stack. The platform entered a technical preview in June 2026 with support for USDC and USDT on Polygon and access to U.S. cash and bank payment rails.

The stack connects wallets, fiat on-ramps and off-ramps, stablecoin transfers and settlement through one application programming interface. The expansion adds TRON-based balances to that infrastructure and extends access to an established network for USDT transfers.

The move follows [Polygon’s earlier stablecoin transfer activity](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/technology/27616>), which covered cumulative activity across the network. The TRON support became available Oct. 8.
