> The platform separates financing-agreement management from cash and collateral settlement while supporting cross-chain repos and 24/7 collateral transfers.

Chainlink launched Fulcrum, an institutional financing and collateral-management platform that separates the administration of financing agreements from the networks used to settle cash and collateral.

The platform supports cross-chain repurchase agreements, commonly known as repos, and enables collateral transfers around the clock. Those capabilities are designed to coordinate financing activity across multiple blockchain networks while keeping agreement management distinct from settlement operations.

Chainlink demonstrated Fulcrum with DTCC at Sibos 2026. DTCC is a major financial-market infrastructure provider whose involvement highlights the platform’s focus on institutional settlement and collateral workflows.

Fulcrum is part of [Chainlink’s broader work on cross-chain collateral financing](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/technology/25792>), which includes infrastructure for coordinating transactions across public and private blockchains.

Chainlink also added 40 integrations in September across 24 users. The additions included Aave, Coinbase, Paxos, Monad and Tempo.

The platform’s approach allows participants to manage financing terms and settlement activity across supported networks through a unified system. Its cross-chain repo support and continuous collateral movement are aimed at institutional workflows that operate beyond traditional market hours.
