# CryptoBilis Suspends Ledger Sales and Urges Customers to Move Funds

CryptoBilis has suspended sales and shipments of all Ledger devices and is urging customers to move their assets after reported losses involving devices sold through the reseller.

Customers who have not activated their devices should stop the setup process, CryptoBilis said. Users with activated devices should transfer their assets to new devices configured with fresh seed phrases.

CryptoBilis said Ledger is investigating the reported losses. It also warned customers never to disclose their recovery seed phrases or PINs.

Users who suffered losses were told to keep their devices and transaction records and report the incidents to police. The announcement did not provide a total value for the reported losses or identify the affected assets.
