Polygon burned 100 million Polygon (POL) through protocol fees about two weeks ago, while another 22 million POL has entered the next stage of the burn process, Polygon Foundation founder and CEO Sandeep Nailwal said.

The completed burn represents about 1% of POL’s total supply. The additional 22 million tokens account for roughly 0.2% of the supply and are pending further action.
