> The hardware-wallet maker stopped sales through CryptoBilis as a precaution and said there is no indication its devices were affected.

Trezor removed CryptoBilis from its reseller list and stopped selling products through the company as a precaution while reviewing concerns about devices sold by the reseller.

There is no indication that Trezor devices sold through CryptoBilis were affected, and no reports have been received that those devices were tampered with.

The move follows broader concerns involving the Southeast Asian reseller, including an [earlier investigation into the CryptoBilis reseller channel](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/technology/29180>) linked to reported cryptocurrency losses.

Trezor also reminded users not to forcibly disassemble device casings. Its Safe 7 model contains a built-in battery, making disassembly a potential safety risk.

Users with concerns should contact Trezor’s official support team while the review continues.
